Resident Identity Card number: what each part means

000000 Six-digit administrative division code of the household registration (province, prefecture, county).
00000000 Full date of birth as YYYYMMDD.
000 Serial number for people born in the same place on the same day; on real cards odd means male and even means female. Test values use random digits.
